As a Managing Director at UKI, Anand spearheads the execution of strategic operations and new client acquisition. He owns a decade of rich experience in Finance & Accounting outsourcing (FAO) services, Digital Marketing, Demand generation, Lead generation, Recruitment process services (RPO), Business Development, Business Planning, Client Servicing and Communications.
With extensive working knowledge in the regions of UK, Ireland & EMEA, Anand has led multiple teams to attain business goals with operational stability. As a people person, Anand believes in working closely with people and ideating business strategies that produce profitable outcomes.
Prior to UKI, Anand has held responsible positions at Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd., White Crow Research, Tech Mahindra, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) & GTL Ltd.
Rahul Bagaria is a Partner of Bagaria & Company and also a director with UKI Accounting Solutions. With specialization in corporate international tax, accounting and Company law, he has significant experience in advising large multinationals and Indian business houses on a wide range of matters relating to foreign direct investment policy, business re-organizations, cross-border tax structuring, tax controversy, accounting and regulatory policy across a range of sectors. Rahul is a qualified chartered accountant and has spent last 11 years helping companies and business in the fields of strategy, M&A, taxation, business restructuring and accounting. He sits on boards of various multinational companies as independent director.
